Kenai Fjords

Where ice meets ocean.

Field notes / Kenai Fjords

Where ice meets ocean.

At Kenai Fjords, the mountains carry their ice all the way toward the sea. The Harding Icefield feeds glaciers that have shaped deep valleys and a coastline of steep walls and sheltered water.

That meeting of ice and ocean gives our Kenai artwork its palette: glacier blue, evergreen, and the pale edge of a breaking wave. The place comes first. The things we make are a way to carry a little of it home.

A little Kenai Fjords.
To take along.

Glacier blue, steep mountains, and a whale breaking the surface. A wearable postcard from a coastline that makes you forget to check your phone.
